Challenge Day
United for Diversity is proud to host Challenge Day, a powerful experiential learning program designed to build empathy, foster connection, and create a culture of kindness and inclusion among students.
Challenge Day brings together students, educators, and community volunteers for a transformative day focused on breaking down barriers, reducing bullying, and encouraging meaningful conversations. Through interactive activities, personal storytelling, and team-building experiences, participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others while developing skills to create more compassionate and supportive school communities.
As part of our mission to CELEBRATE • EDUCATE • ADVOCATE, United for Diversity partners with local schools and community members to provide this impactful program. Challenge Day empowers young people to embrace diversity, strengthen relationships, and become positive leaders who help create environments where everyone feels valued, respected, and connected.
Since 2023, United for Diversity has proudly hosted Challenge Day at Fond du Lac High School, continuing a community tradition of bringing students together to promote understanding, acceptance, and belonging.

The Humanity project: Telling the untold story
United for Diversity is a proud co-sponsor of The Humanity Project.
The Humanity Project seeks to promote racial understanding and justice through learning about the histories of people of color that never made it into our history books, as well as learning about current realities.
